A short trip

I every time visit the “Exhibition of Shōsō-in Treasures” held every year at the Nara National Museum. The other day “The 71st Annual Exhibition of Shōsō-in Treasures” started and I went to the first day. I bought a very good reference book at this exhibition. I think this book is very useful to enrich this site. In addition to the explanation of the work, this book also contains a glossary of craft materials and techniques I use. As an example, I've translated "asanuno" as "linen cloth" so far, but according to this book, "bast-fiber cloth" was the correct answer.

That day I left Nara and arrived at night, but I also went to Kurashiki Bikan historical quarter where I wanted to visit once.
